I liked the shirts (I bought 2 in different colors) when I opened the package and tried them on. However, I neglected to read the laundry instructions. I only use cold water and Woolite on dark and bright colors, but, after washing, I threw them in the dryer as I have with all crinkle cotton clothes in the past. They came out of the dryer shrunk, faded and limp. The label said to hang dry. They've hung in the closet unworn ever since. Will probably go to Goodwill soon.

The shirt is a vibrant color and is comfortable. But....it is not as carefree as other crinkled cotton I have had in the past. It wrinkles very easily in the opposite direction of the crinkle lines. The facing along the button holes is very flimsy so it needs some work after washing to get it straightened out. It is fine if you are okay with a comfortable, casual and wrinkled look. I wouldn't recommend it one wants a carefree fabric or a polished look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TKinDallas Love this shirt!
I heeded other reviews and ordered down a size and the fit was perfect! I'm about 5'3", 170 pounds, with a 36DD bust and the Petite Large is a good fit without being tight or sloppy loose. I agree with others about the placket not lying flat after washing, but got some of the iron-on fusing stuff and applied a strip on each side under the placket and that little bit of effort did the trick. It is cotton, so I wash it in the machine on cold water and hang it to dry. I re-shape it a bit on the hanger out of the washer. It does feels stiff, like others have said, when dry, but you can toss it in the dryer on no-heat after it is dry to loosen up the fabric and to be softer, but honestly, once you put it on and wear it a couple hours, the fabric sort of stretches and becomes more pliable. I have 4 of these shirts and sometimes they look okay to wear without ironing and sometimes I just feel compelled to freshen it up with an iron. The only shirt I sent back was the Azalea color. The color was not as vivid as I expected and that muddy sort of pink did nothing for my coloring. I was hoping it was more of a hot pink , but it was not.

Great color fit and value. I love the offer of free shipping! I forgot to order this with my previous order

Rated 5 out of 5 by Filly54 Replacement size on back order and worth the wait!
Runs a little big so I had to return for a smaller size (petite small) which was on back order. Especially like the straight hem with side slits so it can serve as a light-weight jacket. The color is perfect!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kathleen9985 This shirt needs ironing.
I was lead to believe that this shirt did not need ironing. But after washing, the collar and cuffs definately need ironing. The rest of the shirt is okay, but looked better with a bit of an iron touch-up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by patty26 A mess after washing
After washing in cold water and line drying, these shirts were stiff, and the plackets were skewed. How simple would it be to sew down the plackets? How simple would it be to use a crinkle fabric that is soft, not stiff?

Rated 3 out of 5 by Drmoonbeam Disappointed with this shirt
The makers of this shirt obviously had not washed one before putting it on the market. After washing, the front placket of buttons and buttonholes does not lie down as it should. I did get it for a very good sale price and
so I plan to tack all of it down...on the 2 shirts I got....but not happy about it.
I am careful to not use a heavy wash cycle or leave things in the dryer too long. Also, this is a fall and winter shirt and not a summer one as it is too heavy for my warm summers.
