BEST ANSWER: Yes, the size is true, and the style is 'forgiving'. The comfortable elastic waist and overblouse style of the top allow for this dress to be comfortable and flattering when I have gained a few pounds, and to be terrific when my weight is where I want it to be.

BEST ANSWER: It is a pullover. I did return the outfit as the top seemed too short on me. Actually a very
beautiful dress and the color was a shade or too brighter than it appeared in the picture.
Regretted I could not use it.
what is total length of skirt?
