BEST ANSWER: That's a great question. I couldn't find it in the online catalog either; it was my first choice. Since I needed a dress for an event, I bought the navy version even though I'm not crazy about polka dots. The person(s) who should answer the question are whoever is in charge of the online catalog--I'm just a customer!

BEST ANSWER: No, the jacket is not included. I ordered a Navy one that had a square bottom and it looks really good! More suitable for my curvaceous figure.

BEST ANSWER: The dots are not round dots but it is white as opposed to cream colored. The blue is really navy and the white is really white. The white spots are kinda like a splatter of white paint dropped on the navy.
