I should have ordered a regular large or petite extra large for more comfort. The quality is great and they wash beautifully. Just more snug than I like for sleeping. Great service. Do the pants of the PJ's sit at natural waist?

Yes, and they are a good fit and comfortable. The robe may need a touch up with the iron if you are fussy about wrinkles, but the soft cotton feel is worth it to me.

Yes. The waist is elastic and is made to sit at your natural waist. I'm short so these fit my legs like "cropped" pants do. Regular pjs are always way too long.
