I bought this in black, and it dresses up nicely with white or patterned slacks and some bright jewelry. Goes everywhere. Very comfortable, no ironing. BEST ANSWER: Sizing: Misses center back length 22" - 31" at the longest point. Petite center back length 20" - 29" at the longest point.

BEST ANSWER: I purchased this top in a petite large and could have gone down to a smaller size, perhaps a petite medium. Never-the-less I love the top, it's a lightweight fabric that hangs nicely despite the larger size.

Yes it ran true to size in the shoulders but it was roomy because of the style. I liked it very much. I could have gone down a size if I wanted a slimmer fit but was happy in the medium.

The back hem is straight across, and is about 22 " from the shoulder seam on the size Petite Medium I bought. This top is loosely fitted and drapes nicely because of the softness of the knit fabric.
