The fit is perfect except the waistband is a little too big. It has a lot of stretch and a little tighter fit would be nice. The no roll waistband is just that. November 4, 2015

I was looking for slim leg tapered pants, but not leggings so these are not for me. If you want more of a legging style pant - then this might work fine for you - but it was not what I was expecting. Rated 3 out of 5�by Peachy2 Could fit better I ordered both small and medium, not sure how the fit would be. I am 5'7" and 130 lbs. I usually wear small and tried that size first. Fit was pretty good, although too loose around the top of the waistband. It did not lie flat, but stood out slightly, making it a bit uncomfortable. Also, the knit was quite heavy and warm, so would not be a good choice for spring thru fall. I returned both sizes. August 15, 2015

How wide is the leg at the hem ? XL size.

BEST ANSWER: I got Petite Medium and the leg at the ankle is about 5 1/2 inches, left to right. It is a skinny fit, very comfortable, has some "give" but doesn't get baggy.
