Rated 2 out of 5�by npcn not well made in the catalog and on-line, the sweater is shown with a tight weave. The sweater actually has open work, to appear crocheted . With all the open work it felt like it would stretch and lose its shape. I also thought it would be easy for it to tear. I was very disappointed and returned it. September 26, 2015

again about the length? The picture shows this sweater hits her low hip. That would not be only 23". Low hip is usually 25-27". Can't purchase a 23".
