It could also be dressed up with jewelry or a scarf and be worn in any situation. The fabric is nice-perfect for all seasons- not too heavy. Thank you Appleseeds! March 24, 2016

However, the padding is quite thin -- the overall quality is marginal -- the fit is skimpy. I can see how this will offer opportunities for use in a summer context so I am keeping it I notice it is on sale, now, so maybe earlier reviews were somewhat negative. February 25, 2016

Since it has no buttons and the cuffs can be rolled back, it is more like a shrug than other quilted jackets. I got the khaki skirt that it was pictured with, and the overall affect is great!
