It is perfect for wearing under a sweater or blazer; also good over a skirt and it doesn't have to be tucked in because the lines are good. The color for the grotto bule was a dull turquoise as opposed to the vibrant color pictured. I returned it immediately use my own postage as returning the item alone with an $8 fee would be half the value of the item. May 26, 2013
