The drop-down wallet provides easy access to credit cards and cash. Plenty of room in the center for tissue pack, make-up, notepad, etc. And I keep my cellphone in the back which is open so I can easily hear it, but is held securely closed with a strong magnetic snap. I am a Baggallini convert! May 12, 2015

It is the size of a clutch with a cross-body strap. I would not have ordered this bag had I known its actual dimensions. The bag appears well-made, but I think the price is exorbitant, given its size. April 23, 2014

BEST ANSWER: The fabric is a stout, tightly woven nylon, with a nylon lining of a different color, that is washable and doesn't seem to wear out.

They used a "fabric" to make this purse. My guess would be nylon. It's a nice bag and I use it every day.
