They are tight and too short . Also the armhole seam at the shoulder is very tight. I usually wear med. or large in the other tops. I ordered large but it was too small. I was very disappointed. Yes, the shell comes with the sweater. I found this set to be of excellent quality but it ran a bit small. I wish I had ordered it in the next size up.
