It felt very uncomfortable and stiff, and although the color blue was beautiful, I did not keep it. I knew it would stay in my closet and never be worn. April 11, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5�by Marielouise Portrait Collar A-Line-Coat This item looks so nice in the catalogue, but when I washed it, it looked horrible. The label says the item is washable, but it is not. Please, do not wash it. It comes out of the dryer all wrinkly and cheap looking. I never had a coat look that bad. Of course when you sit in it in your car or on a chair it will wrinkle also. I should have dry cleaned it had I known that it is not washable. 20 minutes in the dryer with a dry cleaning paper would have done it. It will be a coat for the garden only. April 6, 2014

The color is not navy blue but a dark medium blue. I love the cut and fit but I think it runs smaller than a large, but not quite a medium. April 2, 2014

What is the sleeve length on a petite medium?

BEST ANSWER: My PM coat, purchased last year, is 24 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve. By the way, I love this little coat. It's pretty and flattering from every side. Versatile for casual and dressy wear.

BEST ANSWER: It does say it is, but I had it dry cleaned, just to keep it's beautiful shape. It is very comfortable, and I always get compliments on it. Blue color very nice.

Tag inside coat says it is Machine Washable, Cold,Gentle Cycle,Tumble Dry Low ( made in China )
I have not had the need to wash it yet, though.
