Being a couple of inches shorter than I am, he appreciates the heel height of these slippers, and the size 9 1/2 fits him fine, so he likes them a lot. I wish you had a pair for me, but I now need at least size 11, and you don't have that size. March 12, 2015

Are these shoes leather or some other fabric?

BEST ANSWER: I purchased the wedge shoe is beige, the best way I can describe it is - it is not real leather and has a very shiny finish like a patent leather. Looks nice and is comfortable

They aren't leather. Rather they're made of a synthetic that's been mad to look like snake skin.
