Rated 5 out of 5�by CANSAS Problem Solved This is a lovely top that hides any muffin top issues you may have going on, or anything else you want to hide around the waistline. Ruching is in front and back. When I have worn these tops with jeans, I get compliments. I think people are kind of amazed that this style actually works to slim me down, instead of adding inches with the ruched fabric. This is one Appleseed's garment I hope never disappears. Have two in walnut and two in off white. Wish it came in black, of course. August 28, 2015

Does this top run large or true-to-size? I wear a 1X and thought this might fit. Thank you!

BEST ANSWER: I purchased this as a gift. I was told that it fit perfectly. The recipient does not live close to me so I have not seen her in it. The size was large petite.

Yes, I'd say it runs pretty much true to size. It did seem to shrink just a little over time, however, so you might want to allow for that.
