I will not exchange it for another size because the fabric is full of lint that cannot all be removed. Perhaps in white that flaw would not be so noticeable but I need a black skirt. The skirt is not lined. I ordered the black colored skirt and was rather disappointed with it. I did not wear it, I gave it away.

I don't have the actual length, but I'm 5'6"and I had to exchange the misses size 8 for a petite. It was better but still longer than I wanted. The petite skirt was about 6 inches above my ankles. I ended up cutting off 3 inches off the length. Now I love the skirt. Very light weight.
