I did not want to give up the coat, it was just what I was looking for. A solution suggested window cleaner on the teeth of the zipper. It sounded crazy, but it worked. January 21, 2016

Lightweight but warm enough for early winter days. With a sweater underneath, could even be warm enough for colder temperatures. Fits true to size, with snaps at waist to adjust the fit. What is the snap on the back that I'm seeing in the photo?

BEST ANSWER: In the photo, the arm of the model is covering a decorative tab that has one end that snaps into place. There are two snaps for the tab so that you can choose how fitted you'd like the jacket to be. There is a tab on each side of the jacket. The head of the snap on the tabs matches the ones on the pockets and the sleeves. Nice embellishments, actually.

On each side there is a small strap (about 4inches long) that can be snapped into one of two positions to cinch the waist tighter or looser as desired. The snaps are only about 1 inch apart, so the effect of making the coat more form fitting is very subtle, but nice. Hope this helps.

Two snaps on each side of the back for a small strap that will adjust the fitting at the waistline - make the waist line a little more fitted - or not - as you choose.

Each side of the coat has a short band with a snap and two points of attachment so that you can adjust the waist area for a slightly tighter or looser fit.

There is a tab on both sides with a snap that allows you to adjust the width of the jacket. There are two snaps to use. I hope this helps.

How long is this coat/jacket? (neck to bottom in back)

BEST ANSWER: I bought a Petite Large and it is 24" from the neck to the bottom. I love the jacket for its warmth and lightweight.

This jacket is 29 3/4 in including the stand up collar. I think mine is an XL. Nice jacket, I really like it.

From the base of the neck is 26 1/2 inches The flap that comes up is 2 1/2 inches This coat has a nice fit.
