BEST ANSWER: I ordered petite small and the sleeves were not elbow length. They were regular short sleeves. I returned the dress for that reason and a few other reasons. A disappointment because the style is nice.

Yes, the details on the back are the same as on the front. There is no zipper. The dress goes on over the head. It is beautifully sewn.

BEST ANSWER: Yes. It is a pullover. I love this dress. The weight of it is substantial and that makes it drape beautifully. It looks classy but feels as comfortable as a t-shirt. And it washed beautifully. I could not be more pleased.

It is not low at all. I would say just an average scoop neck. I don't like low scoop necks but the one on this dress is fine.
