do Foxcroft shirts tend to be a bit generous in size

BEST ANSWER: There are a lot of different Foxcroft shirts out there, sold by many different companies. My own personal experience with them is that when they are sold by a numerical size (such as 10, 12, etc.) they run one size SMALLER, at least. So if you wear a 10, I'd start by buying a 12. They seem especially small through the chest. I am 5'2" and would normally wear a 12. Foxcrofts' size 12 is too small and I have to order a 14.

Not for me - I had to stop ordering them because the armhole and top sleeve is cut very slim. My arms are not skinny and the shirts are cut for someone with a slim arm. Tried ordering a size up but then the body is too big. Hope this is helpful to you.

No. If you have broad shoulders and/or large breasts, buy the shirt size that best fits your measurements. The shirts are also slightly tapered in the body. If the larger size is baggy, wear a tank top and an unbuttoned Foxcroft as a topper.

I don't believe they do. I have purchased many of their blouses and shirts and found them quite comfortable. However it all depends on you if you want more of a fashionable cut or something like that. I have no problem with their styles.

Is this shirt soft?

BEST ANSWER: It is a classic style cotton shirt, so not soft and squishy, but does not feel like a starched shirt, if that is the concern. It has some form to it, but the fabric is not rough or anything. It looks professional and is quite comfortable.
