in the women's 2X and 3X, can you confirm how long the sleeve length is (from under arm pit to the edge or end of the sleeve)?

BEST ANSWER: Just as it shows in the picture.......mine are 2X and they come to just above the elbow. The inches would not matter......it is the size of the arm, therefore, if you get the correct size the size of the arm is taken care of. I have nearly all of the colors and none of the lengths are to short. I love the spindrift sweaters.

Sorry, I can not answer this question, because I ordered a petite size large sweater. However, I can say that the sweater fit very well and the " neck" area could be a little higher around the neck, making it more of a crew neck. I would also buy another sweater when I want to.

I'm not sure. I got mine in a medium and the sleeves seem to be bigger than most tops I have in this style. It comes midway between my shoulder and elbow. This top is large under the arm pit.

BEST ANSWER: Well it is short-sleeved compared to three-quarter length shirts and those sleeves down to wrists. It fits nicely under the matching cardigan (sold separately of course.) The sleeve length is well above the elbow.
